Mistie Sekakuku was born and raised in Albuquerque and is part of the Hopi and San Felipe tribes. She graduated as a medical assistant from Pima Medical Institute and has over 20 years of experience in healthcare, including direct patient care, clinic organization, and administrative operations. In addition, Mistie recently became a CPR instructor. As Southwest Integrated Behavioral Health's  Patient Care Coordinator, Mistie collaborates with patients, their families, and referring providers to coordinate services provided by our team. She assists patients with navigating care, including accessing the patient portal and clarifying what to expect during the referral process, optimizing the patient experience.  She helps the office run smoothly and steps in to help departments as needed, including acting as a TMS operator.

Morganna Snook-Fehr is the Psychiatric Services Coordinator at SWIBH and has been with SWIBH since the inception of the psychiatry clinic in 2019. She was born and raised in New Mexico and received her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a minor in Psychology from the University of New Mexico. Morganna assists in a variety of roles including as a TMS operator, a medical assistant in the medication management clinic, training new medical assistants, and credentialing new providers. She offers kind and compassionate care and strives to ensure patients feel understood and empowered throughout their entire treatment experience.

Jeanette Tena was born and raised in Albuquerque NM and graduated from West Mesa High school. She comes from a Mexican Family who takes pride of her culture. Her professional interests focus on taking care of patients in their needs and satisfying our clients. Jeanette daily tasks includes working in billing, front office, and assisting in other departments when needed. She is also one of our TMS operator she is currently furthering her education to become a Professional Spanish Interpreter to help those who are limited in English proficiency. My contributions is to spread kind and positively to make a difference in this world.

My name is Mia! I’m from Arizona but moved to Albuquerque in June of 2024 to be closer to family. I am a dedicated Medical Assistant at a psychiatric office, bringing diverse experience across various work fields to my current role. My passion lies in supporting individuals on their mental health journeys, ensuring they receive compassionate care and understanding. With a focus on empathy and professionalism, I strive to make a positive impact on every patient I assist.

Kim began her career at SWIBH in March 2015!  She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Southern New Hampshire University in 2019.  She has over 20 years of experience in the medical field, consisting of clerical support in several specialties.  Currently, she is a part-time billing administrative assistant.  She has a proven ability to maintain excellent relationships with patients and resolve difficult billing inquiries and disputes in a timely and professional manner. She works closely with insurance carriers, providers, and internal staff to ensure accurate and timely payments of claims.

Shelby Thomas was born and raised in the beautiful city of Albuquerque, New Mexico. She is a dedicated medical assistant and TMS technician, bringing a compassionate approach to patient care. With a Bachelor's degree in Counseling and Community Psychology from New Mexico State University, Shelby is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University. Passionate about working with individuals and committed to their success, Shelby strives to provide empathetic support and effective care in every interaction.

Lilli was born and raised in Albuquerque New Mexico. She graduated from Atrisco Heritage Academy High School. Lilli has prior experience of 5 years working in a professional office setting. As front desk, Lilli strives to make professional and helpful experiences for patients and her coworkers. Lilli is always willing to lend a helping hand while also completing her Admin tasks in a timely matter.  Lilli enjoys staying fit by exercising and lifting weights. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and she has three dogs who she adores. Lilli also enjoys watching movies/series and traveling whenever she gets the chance.
